The room was big enough and nice. The location is super. We had access to bus and ferry for getting to city center. The area is so beautiful and lovely. The breakfast was nice.

This hotel is better than its rating! As other reviewers noted, I also wouldn't consider this a 4-star hotel. More a 3-star. And yes, the rooms are slightly worn. But nothing that bothered me. But there are many pluses, too: Location is very good, right next to the ferry. Hotel exterior and interior are charming. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Overall, a good value for money for me. I would stay here again.

Wonderful location directly at the harbour. Ferry connection to the city. When you buy a 24h ticket for public transport, make sure you buy it in the app. So the kids will travel for free... Good public parking for just 50 👑 a day...

We had an excellent stay as a staycation, on the opposite side of the river. The twin suite has a bathtub which was a really nice surprise and was used right away to cool down in the heatwave. Friendly staff, small but good enough breakfast, ice machine in the lobby. The suite is quite large with a sofa, armchair, a desk, and TV. It’s got this loungy feel, and we thoroughly enjoyed being in a mini-apartment. We also combined our stay by eating in the restaurant Sjöporten which is located in the same building, with a terrace overlooking the river. We will most definitely come back, especially for that suite!

Nice friendly hotel near the waterside in Gotheburg. Breakfast was nice with a beautiful view accros the harbor and surrounding hills.

We had a little issue with a PCR test and the manager was more than happy to help out and with a smile, we really appreciated his help.
